The couple married May 24, 1957, in Houston, at the time Chuck was stationed in Kingsville.
The couples children; Mike and Karen Ludlam of Pleasanton, Paula and John Brown of Snohomish, Wash., Johanna Ludlam of Houston, David and Lee Ludlam of Kingsville, Shawn and Deedee of Jacksonville.
The family celebrated with an anniversary Bar-B-Q in Kingsville on June 2 and Re-newed their vows at First Christian Church, following a luncheon for family and friends on June 3.
Chuck is retired from the Navy and from Exxon.
The couple is active in their Church. Chuck is a Mason, member of the Eastern Star and a Shriner.
They have lived in Kingsville for 34 years.
