50th Wedding Anniversary celebrated Jerry and Margery Malin on their wedding day and today. - Jerry and Margery Malin of Riviera will celebrate their 50th anniversary on June 29. They married June 29, 1957, at the home of Marcus E. May in Riviera. The couple has three children, Denise Malin-Tait of Stafford, Cherie Emmons, Rodney Malin, both of Riviera and five grandchildren. An anniversary dinner was given in their honor at Kings Inn by their children. Jerry and Margie are both retired school teachers from the Riviera Independent School District and Margie has recently come out of retirement and is now working full-time at the Sarita School. Jerry and Margie also farm and ranch full-time in Riviera. They are active members of the Riviera Baptist Church.
