He was born Nov. 6, 1957, to Cesario J. Perez and Olivia G. Perez in Kingsville.
Survivors include his wife, Priscilla Charles – Perez of Kingsville; children, Jessica (Raymond) Perez-Loera, Joe David (Yvette) Perez, Diego J. Perez, Mia Ramirez and Olivia Salinas, all of Kingsville; sisters, Yolanda (Robert) Valerio, of Kingsville, Gloria (Reynaldo) Segovia of Bishop and Velma (Joe) Guerra of Laredo; brother, Raul Perez of Kingsville; four grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Sept. 30 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary in Kingsville.
A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Oct. 1 at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary in Kingsville.
Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery in Kingsville.
