He was born November 17, 1940 in Kingsville, to Mr. and Mrs. Crispin (Sophia) Gonzales.
Gonzales was a retired mechanic.
Survivors include wife of 45 years, Angela M. Gonzales of Kingsville; two sons, Jesus “Jesse” B. Gonzales, Israel “Bebo” (Laura) Gonzales both of Kingsville; on sister, Alma Aguilar of Franklin; two brothers, Isaro “Laco” (Janie) Gonzales of San Antonio; Pedro Gonzales of Kingsville; 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be Friday, August 24, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. at the Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home Chapel.
A funeral mass will be held Saturday, August 25, at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Romeo Salinas officiating.
A burial will be follow at Santa Gertrudis Memorial cemetery.
