Armando Julian Garcia - Baby Armando Julian Garcia, 2, of Kingsville, died on July 27, 2007. Survivors include his parents, Oscar and Celma Garcia of Kingsville; maternal grandparents, Fred and Isaura Abundez of Kingsville; paternal grandparents, Oscar R. an Patricia Garcia of Laredo; paternal grandmother, Wanda Moyer of Las Vegas, Nev.; maternal great-grandparents, Juan and Lucia Saenz of Corpus Christi. Visitation was held July 29 at Kingsville Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service was held July 30 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Burial followed at Rest Haven Cemetery in Kingsville.
